Follow the instructions below for your NOVAKU app to delete your account and associated data.

Step-by-step: Delete all local progress
- Open NOVAKU: History on your device.
- Tap Profile (bottom navigation, rightmost icon).
- Tap Reset all progress.
- Confirm the action. All local quiz scores, XP, streaks, badges, and achievements are immediately deleted from your device.
Step-by-step: Sign out and remove account from device
- Open NOVAKU: History on your device.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Sign Out. Your email address, profile data, and session are removed from the device.
Request permanent cloud data deletion
Signing out removes your data from your device, but your data may still be stored in our cloud database (Supabase). To permanently delete your cloud data:
- Send an email to novakuapp@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — NOVAKU: History".
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All quiz scores, lesson progress, XP, and streaks
- All unlocked badges and achievements
- Your account credentials and profile data stored on our servers

Step-by-step: Delete your account and photo
- Open Fan Mosaic on your device.
- Tap Profile (bottom navigation, rightmost icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action in the dialog.
What happens immediately
- Your account credentials and profile data are removed from the device.
- Your photograph is permanently deleted from cloud storage.
- Your fan profile is removed from the leaderboard.
Important: Mosaic regeneration
Your photo may continue to appear in previously generated mosaic images (composite JPEGs) until the next scheduled regeneration cycle. Mosaics are regenerated daily at approximately 02:00 UTC. After that cycle completes, your photo will no longer appear in any mosaic.
This is a technical limitation of composite image generation: previously rendered mosaics cannot be retroactively modified. However, your photo is fully removed from storage and will not appear in any future regeneration.
Request permanent cloud data deletion
If you want to confirm permanent deletion of your cloud data, or if you are unable to use the in-app deletion flow:
- Send an email to novakuapp@gmail.com with subject: "Data Deletion Request — Fan Mosaic".
- Include the email address or display name associated with your account.
- We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your photograph from cloud storage (immediately on app deletion, or within 30 days of email request)
- Your display name and fan profile data
- Your approval status and submission history
- Your account credentials
